A little about us......
A~Strong Stop has been operating out of the KC region since 2011. Over the years the name A~Strong Stop has grown within the health and wellness community. In 2014 A~Strong Stop decided to become it's on entity, and has its own private training facility for clients.
A~Strong Stop has been proudly operating with In-Person and Online Clients even through our pandemic.
